I was the go-to problem solver on-site, keeping vendors, location managers, and production teams aligned while making sure the event delivered on its high-end, immersive vision. Working closely with the Creative Director, I helped shape the execution, ensuring every detail—from the venue setup to the last guest experience—felt effortless, exclusive, and exactly on-brand.
